Chris Evans is an artist. He sees things most people don’t when it comes to lighting, backdrop, and angles. In addition to being very gifted at his craft he’s great with the logistics involved with being a wedding photographer. He’s great at directing large groups of people into a beautiful picture. He gives specific directives when it comes to posing. He helps people feel relaxed and free to be themselves while capturing their essence. Chris exceeded our expectations! We are beyond thankful to him and his team for delivering gorgeous memorable pictures.

Chris and his team blew away our expectations. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them — they were such an integral part of our day. All of our guests had a great time interacting with Chris, and our families had a blast during our photo session. My husband and I are both camera shy, but Chris somehow made us into models we did not know we could be! Aside from the amazing time we had with Chris and his team on the day of, the photos we have seen so far are spectacular and so special. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Chris and his team on our wedding day. We met him at our venue one year before our date and instantly knew he was the right choice for our photographer. He made us feel relaxed but excited – he definitely has a great energy and it’s obvious that he loves what he does. The day of our wedding went perfectly, Chris was completely organized and professional. He knew exactly when to steal us away to snap a few quick photos, and would send us right back to enjoy a drink and mingle with our guests. It was important to us that we weren’t separated from our guests for too long as we really wanted to enjoy our cocktail hour, and Chris was totally accommodating and efficient at this.

I don’t know if I can begin to do my experience with Chris and his team justice, but I will try. Chris was our photographer for our wedding in Palm Desert, CA at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Chris was recommended to me by my sister, who was a guest at wedding he had photographed. She said, “he was awesome and the kind of guy you want to be friends with.” When I looked at his photos, I fell in love with the way he captured people’s essence (which was the most important factor for me). What also stood out to me was his ability to use light in the most interesting, unique, and beautiful way as well as the way the each of his wedding albums was so different than the next one, fitting the personality of each couple. After speaking to Chris on the phone, I knew he had to be our photographer.
