Chris J. Evans

My mother designed couture. My father an artist and philosopher. I grew up in Laguna Beach believing creativity wasn't something you did, it was simply how you saw the world.

Fashion taught me how to see. Weddings taught me why it matters. 500+ celebrations later, still searching for something I've never photographed before.

That's why gratitude isn't just something I put on a website. It's the lens through which I see everything.

When I'm not holding a camera It's the ocean before the inbox. Coffee before sunrise. I’m a former musician, lifelong surfer, husband, dad, and firm believer that being slightly overdressed is rarely a mistake. I love beautiful hotels, vegan food, a perfectly tailored suit, and anywhere that requires a passport. I’m endlessly curious, quick to laugh, terrible at sitting still, and usually chasing good light, good people, or the next place I’ve never been.
