Q: How many photos will I receive?

A: I create on average 75-100 final images per hour.

 

Q: Do you have a travel fee?

A: No fees for anywhere on Maui except Hana. $500 will be applied to Hana events. For events on Oahu, Big Island, Kauai and Lanai a flat fee of $1000 will be applied. For international events a travel quote will be provided.

 

Q: How and when will I receive my photos?

A: Within 3-5 business days I will provide you with 25-35 teaser images of your event. I will have your complete gallery ready to share within 14-18 weeks. Your photos will be delivered through a beautiful online gallery. This will be your own website where you can download the images directly to your computer, order prints and share with family and friends.

 

Q: Do you offer albums?

A:  Albums are available. I will design and have manufactured a beautiful 12.5 x 9.5 inch hardcover photo album of your favorite 50 images. $2150

 

Q: How long will the gallery be online?

A: Your gallery will be valid for one year. To extend your gallery for an additional year a fee of $195 will be charged.

 

Q: Do I get the RAW files?

A: Digital Raw files are the equivalent of photo negatives. These files are the absolute baseline for the images you receive. I process the RAW files meticulously through high-end photo software to create the final images. I do not release RAW files. You will receive the highest quality JPG files that can be enlarged to any size desirable.

 

Q: What type of camera gear do you use?

A: I use top of the line Canon digital cameras, lenses and various flash equipment. I also have duplicate backup equipment in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Q: Do we really need a 2nd shooter?

A: Yes! Having two perspectives is definitely a plus. I have amazing 2nd shooters who have trained under me and for a flat fee of $450 they will be present for the entire event.

 

Q: Do you offer black & white, sepia and/or other art photo effects?

A: Yes. I love black & white images and other treatments. While I edit your photos, I will find the best shots to get artistic with and always offer the original along with the treated version.

 

Q: How many wedding have you photographed?

A: I have photographed over 400 weddings.
